Program Analyst for Engineering and Technology

Your Opportunity:

TechSource, Inc. is seeking a dedicated program analyst to support the Office of Engineering and Technology Maturation. In this position, you will leverage your analytical and technical skills to assist in the development and enhancement of technologies related to nuclear security and policy matters. Your role will involve identifying requirements and opportunities for data analysis and development concerning nuclear security issues.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule, requiring three days of on-site work and two days of remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert technical assistance and consultation to office leadership.
  • Support the formulation of strategic technical plans and conduct requirements analysis.
  • Perform analysis, reviews, and offer technical support on complex issues pertaining to nuclear security.
  • Facilitate input from subject matter experts and program managers for the development of technology maturation tasks.
  • Act as a liaison with external organizations regarding technical matters related to nuclear security.
  • Lead interdisciplinary teams to evaluate and analyze technical activities related to nuclear security in collaboration with the program team.
  • Prepare reports, memoranda, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Review project reports and communicate project status and outcomes to leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Active DOE Q clearance or DoD Top Secret clearance.
  • 5 to 15 years of experience in technical analysis.
  • Master's degree in an engineering or scientific discipline or equivalent experience; PhD preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and a strong eagerness to learn.
  • Excellent organizational and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
