Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate the strategic business requirements of the organization.
  • Assist business leaders, administrators, engineers, scientists, analysts, specialists, and technicians.
  • Conduct studies on work measurement, efficiency of program/project operations, cost analysis, and workload impact assessments.
  • Gather data for program or project milestones, financial records, acquisition policies, quality control, maintenance, and training documentation.
  • Develop training materials and plans.
  • Create workflow diagrams, prototypes, and user stories to ensure alignment among team members and stakeholders prior to development.
  • Define comprehensive requirements, assess business needs, and confirm solutions with clients.
  • Draft and submit position papers and information documents in compliance with government standards.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Agile Development methodologies.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technical discipline.
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Eligibility to obtain a Secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 7 years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis with strong communication skills.
  • Extensive experience with U.S. Navy programs or operations.
  • Proven ability to build solid relationships.
  • Quality Certification (ITIL or equivalent).
