Job DescriptionCAMBA's Supportive Housing Services program is seeking a Case Manager to join our team. As a Case Manager, you will conduct initial intake and assessment of tenants' needs, create and maintain tenant files, and collaborate with tenants to develop and implement independent living plans. You will also assist tenants in accessing community resources, advocate on their behalf, and monitor progress toward their goals. A Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field is required, along with experience working with the Seriously and Persistently Mentally Ill (SPMI) population. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role. This is a full-time position, approximately 35 hours per week, with a competitive salary range of $40,000-$45,000 annually.
