Position: Sales Manager Agriculture (m/f/d)

Your Role

As a Sales Manager in the Agriculture sector, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. Your primary focus will be on converting, retaining, and expanding existing accounts while establishing robust personal and professional relationships with clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and executing annual sales contract negotiations.
  • Providing accurate sales forecasts and maintaining a detailed pipeline of newly developed leads.
  • Serving as the primary liaison between clients and our internal teams, addressing inquiries and facilitating the exchange of product and pricing information.
  • Collaborating with Customer Service to effectively manage customer challenges.
  • Working closely with colleagues from Marketing, Product Management, Application Engineering, and R&D to drive product innovation and enhance sales.

Your Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A relevant university degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a field sales role within a comparable industry.
  • A proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
  • A relentless drive to pursue new business opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • A high level of technical understanding of products that require detailed explanation.
  • Analytical capabilities to prioritize sales opportunities and manage margins effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and their practical application.
  • Fluency in English and a regional language (Finnish, Norwegian, Danish).
  • A willingness to travel within the designated region.
