Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Development team in writing Epics, Themes, and User Stories for building business requirements pertaining to Data Governance initiatives.
- Elicit and collaborate with Business Stakeholders to define business processes, improvements, and business objectives with a focus on system capabilities and integration points.
- Analyze current needs, anticipate future needs, and collaborate in solutions integrating various business operations.
- Ability to listen emphatically to clients and create solutions to exceed their expectations.
- Work with Analysts and Business Users to translate functional specifications into technical designs for implementation and deployment.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.
- Create and present solution proposals.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on expertise being a Business Analyst.
- 2+ years of mastery in MS Excel for exploring and analyzing data.
- 2+ years of experience with collecting, analyzing, and documenting user requirements.
- Strong business acumen, with analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to understand how decisions impact timelines and budget.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred; equivalent real-world work experience will be considered.
- Agile/Scrum Certifications are preferred.
- Knowledge of Agile Software Development practices and Release Management is preferred.
- Experience in Data Governance, Data Management, or Data Analytics is preferred.
