The Judge Group is seeking a highly skilled Process Automation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our automation team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Automation System Design: Design and develop automation systems for industrial tasks, including PLC programming, HMI development, and control system integration.
- System Installation and Testing: Install and test automation systems, diagnose malfunctions, and continuously improve system performance.
- Project Management: Coordinate projects, manage schedules and budgets, and interface with clients to ensure successful project delivery.
- Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, installation manuals, and maintenance procedures.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients on automation system operation and maintenance.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in PLC, HMI, and motor control systems development, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in Schneider Electric Modicon PLCs and Unity software, Rockwell/Allen Bradley ControlLogix PLCs and FactoryTalk Studio 5000, Wonderware software, and AutoCAD Electrical.
- Specialized Training: Specialized training in PLC and machine control.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with NEC, NFPA, and IEC codes.
