HR Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Payroll Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will assist the HR Manager in managing various HR functions, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately process bi-monthly payroll for all employees.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Address and resolve any payroll discrepancies or issues.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports as needed.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administration or other HR-related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll software and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • HR Professional certifications a plus.
