Reports To: Events Manager and Events Lead

Key Responsibilities:
Event Operations Associates play a vital role in the logistical execution of corporate and public events. Their primary duties include:
  • Preparing venues and arranging seating and stages for events.
  • Assisting as ushers and managing cash registers.
  • Engaging with guests and providing exceptional service.
Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required. Experience in customer service is essential, particularly in providing event support.

Language Proficiency:
Ability to effectively communicate and respond to inquiries from the public and colleagues.

Work Schedule:
  • 10-hour shifts
  • 12-hour shifts
  • 8-hour shifts
  • Weekend availability required
Physical Requirements:
The physical demands outlined here represent the essential functions of this position. Employees are frequently required to stand for extended periods, walk, ascend stairs comfortably, use hands for handling or feeling, and reach with hands and arms. Employees may occasionally need to lift supplies weighing up to 50 pounds. Regular communication is required while performing job duties.
