Job Title: Event Staff

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Event Staff member to join our team at Goodstone. As an Event Staff member, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our corporate and public events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare venues for events, including setting up chairs and event stages
  • Work as an usher, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for attendees
  • Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions
  • Assist with logistical management of events, including transportation of equipment
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to attendee inquiries

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Customer service experience, preferably in an event support role
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Reliable vehicle for transporting equipment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Physical Demands:

The Event Staff member will be required to stand for long periods, walk, climb stairs comfortably, and use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The employee may occasionally lift products and supplies of up to 50 pounds.
