Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Lead projects with interdisciplinary teams in matrix organizations with external participation, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including time and resource planning, tracking expenses against budget, and maintaining accurate cost planning.
  • Claim and Risk Management: Conduct claim and risk management, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage project teams, ensuring that all team members are working effectively and efficiently towards project goals.
  • Communication: Maintain positive and proactive relationships with management teams, colleagues, suppliers, and authorities, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Specification and Tendering: Create specifications and tender documents for maintenance and construction projects, ensuring that all projects are delivered to the required quality standards.
  • Technical Expertise: Support and advise project management teams on all construction-related topics for the construction of power plants and the development of power plant projects.
  • Quality and Compliance: Ensure that HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) as well as highest quality and compliance are top priorities in all project phases.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:


  • Relevant Technical Degree: A relevant technical degree (Master/Dipl. Ing in architecture or civil engineering).
  • Professional Experience: Professional experience preferably in large power plant or industrial plant construction (preferably in the construction of combined cycle and hydropower plants or other power plants).
  • Technical Knowledge: Good knowledge of concrete construction.
