Hampton Inn Lead, managed and operated by Krishna Management Inc. (KMI), is a full-service hotel management company specializing in the midscale and select service segments of the hospitality industry.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our hotel operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the hotel, including staff management, financial management, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, hire, and train quality staff to ensure excellent guest service.
  • Manage all hotel staff, including creating work schedules and assigning specific work duties.
  • Ensure timely submission of approved timecards to Payroll on a bi-weekly basis.
  • Provide leadership to the team with ongoing training and coaching; lead by example.
  • Conduct performance reviews for team members and follow a progressive disciplinary process to correct performance deficiencies.
  • Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement.
  • Develop, administer, and review property revenue and expense budgets daily.
  • Maintain a viable key control program and ensure all team members are trained to act in a safe manner at all times.
  • Ensure hotel operations are consistent with Brand Standards and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Establish and implement company policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with RDO, peers, and staff members as necessary.
  • Conduct essential sales activity, including inside sales, competitive set lot drives, and sales calls.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a General Manager in the hotel industry required.
  • Some college courses completed in Hotel/Restaurant management preferred.
  • Good managerial, administrative, and organizational abilities.
  • Good people/interpersonal skills for dealing with both staff and guests.
  • Must have computer skills, including the ability to access and accurately input information into a computer system across different platforms.
  • Must maintain a valid state-issued driver's license.
