Acquisition Management Specialist

Role and ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking an Acquisition Management Specialist to provide support to our US Navy client. The successful candidate will have the ability to apply business process knowledge and judgment to support commands with the Department of Defense (DoD). As an Acquisition Management Specialist, you will assist the government with establishing schedules and monitoring progress of procurement actions; researching and analyzing procurement issues; assisting the government with data collection allowing for implementing regulatory and policy guidance; and interfacing with various organizations/customers. You will provide daily program, analytical, and acquisition management support, including providing detail-oriented management of records, business research analysis, and valuation strategies. You will also use Microsoft (MS) Office applications such as Access databases, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as report-writing software including Business Intelligence applications. Additionally, you may be involved in administrative tasks.

- Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) Reporting
- Data Entry
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- Demonstrated experience with preparing, understanding, and presenting data
- At least 3 years of professional experience in acquisition management support
- Experience using Excel and other MS Office products
The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Halvik offers a competitive full benefits package, including:
