Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Investment Product to join our team at Fidelity Investments. This role will be instrumental in ensuring that our organization has the product and technology understanding to execute on our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Product & Practice Consulting, Product Management team, and Technology and Platform consulting teams to build training curriculums for our associates.
  • Develop and deliver impactful and innovative learning solutions that drive sales and increase associate skill sets.
  • Lead comprehensive projects that impact our organization, with a focus on reinforcement training of existing knowledge and skills.
  • Align with business unit goals, build scalable solutions, and measure success.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of financial services experience.
  • Track record of success managing competing projects and initiatives, prioritizing resources and time effectively.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, influence, and navigate complex organizations.
  • Strong presentation skills, solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to coordinate multiple tasks within tight time constraints.
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 required or obtained within 90 days.
