Client Service Representative

We are looking to enhance our exceptional team with a Customer Service Teller. Positions are open at both our Twin Bridges and Sheridan locations. In the role of Customer Service Teller, you will act as the welcoming face of the bank, delivering friendly and efficient service to our clientele:
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with both existing and prospective customers to meet branch sales objectives while providing outstanding customer service.
- Ensure the security and proper management of cash in teller drawers, comply with authority limits, and accurately balance cash drawers.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for cross-selling services. Educate customers on alternative service channels.
- Conduct banking transactions for customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency to foster trust and confidence.
- Comply with all operational and security protocols, including adherence to compliance and privacy regulations established by the bank.
- Perform additional related tasks as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in cash handling.
