Job Description

Position Overview

The Transaction Coordinator position will focus exclusively on supporting the transaction professionals of a brokerage team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with market surveys and competitive property reports.
  • Compile property data for clients including tenant surveys, summary reports, maps, and status updates for listing and/or tenant representative assignments.
  • May assist with property tours for clients; show space and discuss property specifications.
  • Drafts AIR lease forms when required.
  • Coordinates and schedules client site tours.
  • Responds to outside broker requests.
  • Manage the leasing sign process, e-blast calendar and tour book compilation.
  • Act as a liaison for the marketing team when coordinating new assignments, pitching new business, and creating collateral.
  • Provide administrative support to the team as needed, such as tracking deal progress.
  • Gather, help prepare, and distribute marketing materials.
  • Assist in the collecting of materials necessary for transactions such as listing agreements, commission agreements, leases, and sales agreements.
  • Work with marketing to maintain Stream's brand and consistency in reviewing and creating outgoing marketing materials including flyers, proposals, tour books, maps, floor plans, and other sale materials.
  • Assist in team development and progress tracking for all.
  • Organize and coordinate client specific property information packages in response to Request for Information (RFIs), Request for Proposals (RFPs), and Letter of Intent (LOIs).
  • Maintain the landlord representation client contact database.
  • Maintain current information on tenants, market availability, and leases.
  • Respond to general inquiries and provide information as needed, while maintaining confidentiality in all communication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1-3 years' experience in tenant representation or landlord representation preferred.
  • Mathematical aptitude required.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Marketing experience preferred.
  • Commercial real estate experience preferred.
  • Proficient with MS Office and MS Excel.
  • Attention to Detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
