About the Role:

As a CBRE Transaction Management Director, you will be responsible for overseeing complex real estate transaction activities for multiple portfolios of medium to large-sized properties.

This role is part of the Brokerage job function, responsible for the buying, selling, and letting of residential, office, and commercial properties on behalf of clients for occupation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute complex transaction strategies for acquiring and disposing of properties.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure integration between service lines.
  • Apply extensive knowledge of real estate principles, advanced techniques, and theories to create innovative solutions.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values.
  • Negotiate with senior management, customers, regulators, or vendors to influence decisions of strategic importance.
  • Anticipate potential objections and persuade others to adopt a different point of view.
  • Drive the direction and resource allocation for programs, projects, or services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 10-15 years of relevant experience.
  • Multi-dimensional, conceptual, and innovative thinking to develop new solutions.
  • Ability to identify and solve complex problems.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Expert organizational skills with an unrivaled inquisitive mindset.
  • Expert math skills with the ability to calculate complex figures.

Compensation:

The minimum salary for this position is $175,000 annually, and the maximum salary is $210,000 annually.
