Job Title: Senior Corporate Transactional Paralegal

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Corporate Transactional Paralegal to join our team at NxT Level, a dynamic and entrepreneurial law firm. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Financing, and General Corporate law, with a strong focus on supporting attorneys in complex transactions and corporate matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Support: Assist attorneys in all stages of M&A transactions, including document preparation, due diligence, and closing processes.
  • CORporate Governance: Prepare, review, and manage corporate governance documents, contracts, agreements, and transactional paperwork.
  • Client Coordination: Coordinate with external clients, stakeholders, and business partners to gather necessary documentation and information.
  • Research and Compliance: Conduct legal research and compile data for attorney use in transactional matters, ensuring timely filings and maintaining meticulous records of all legal documentation.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of paralegal experience with a strong focus on M&A, Corporate Financing, and General Corporate law.
  • Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certification from an ABA-approved program.
  • Excellent understanding of corporate governance, contracts, and transactional law.
