Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate with operations and finance teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective sales account management.
· Set individual sales targets for the sales team and monitor performance to ensure these targets are met.
· Identify emerging markets and shifts in the market while staying informed about new products and competitive dynamics.
· Work closely with the product development team to ensure the sales team has the necessary technical knowledge and resources.
· Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
· At least 5 years of experience in sales within the oil and gas sector
· Proven success in achieving or surpassing sales targets
· Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans
· Strong knowledge of the oil and gas market, including trends and key players
· Experience in negotiating and closing high-value contracts
· Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities
· Ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships
· Proficient in CRM systems and sales management tools
· Outstanding communication and presentation skills
· Willingness to travel as required
· Familiarity with current technologies and practices in the oil and gas industry
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· High level of integrity and professionalism
· Knowledge or experience in lubricants is preferred but not mandatory
