We are seeking a highly qualified Child Development Specialist to provide educational services in a school setting.

About the Role

This position involves conducting comprehensive assessments of students' cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning to identify strengths and challenges. The successful candidate will develop intervention plans in collaboration with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social-emotional needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct psychological evaluations to assess students' developmental levels and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to address students' unique needs.
  • Provide counseling and support to students, as needed, to promote social, emotional, and behavioral growth.
  • Collaborate with teachers and administrators to create a supportive learning environment that fosters student success.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $50-$60 per hour, which is highly competitive in the industry. In addition to a competitive compensation package, we offer a comprehensive benefits program that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance. Interview Process

The interview process typically consists of a 10-15 minute screening call with a member of our recruitment team, followed by a 20-30 minute virtual interview with the school district's hiring manager.
