Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Liberty Point Behavioral Healthcare in Staunton, Virginia. As a member of our nursing team, you will provide high-quality care, comfort, and security to patients and families during their most vulnerable times.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and contribute to the overall success of our treatment programs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment outcomes
  • Promote a safe and supportive environment that prioritizes patient care and values the nursing profession
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Current license to practice nursing in the State of Virginia (or eligibility to receive or renew)
  • Current CPR or BLS certification preferred
  • Must be at least 21 years of age at time of hire
  • Ability to successfully complete and pass all components of Handle With Care & Verbal De-escalation Crisis Intervention Training
  • Reflect behavior, attitude, and appearance appropriate to the position and support the facility and division philosophy, goals, and objectives
