Job Title: Bilingual Team Leader Manager

Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Manager to oversee the daily operations of our company. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and have previous management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise a team of employees
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Ensure that all employees are meeting their goals and objectives
  • Communicate effectively with both English and Spanish speaking employees
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and customers
  • Maintain a positive and professional work environment

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is REQUIRED
  • Previous management experience is REQUIRED
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet/ exceed sales quotas.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Positive, can-do attitude, highly motivated, results-driven personality.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to understand and implement our sales process.
  • Ability to function independently as well as be a team player.
  • Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to complete sales tasks and meet quotas.
  • Must be able to work the varied hours of retail, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in prepaid wireless sales.
  • Bilingual / English & Spanish

Salary and Benefits:

  • Base Salary Range $13.00 hourly
  • Base + Commission (Hourly Pay and Commission Paid Weekly)
  • Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance Benefits eligible after 60 days

Job Type:

  • Full-Time
  • Hourly- Non-Exempt

Environment and Physical Demands:

  • Ability to occasionally lift 10 to 25 pounds.
  • Constant walking and standing; frequent bending, stooping, and reaching.
