- Teach stress management and burnout prevention strategies to optimize positive habits.
- Act as a liaison to EAP providers and support increased effectiveness through facilitated conversations.
- Guide recipients to access crisis support and/or mental health services as appropriate.
- Report data related to activity and outcomes to the system wellbeing lead.
- Master's degree in Mental Health or related field.
- Experience with workplace wellbeing interventions, employee assistance programs (EAP) work, and/or interventions for occupational stress.
- Current license appropriate to clinical discipline.
