Key Responsibilities:

Deliver Exceptional Customer Service

  • Take ownership of customer inquiries by providing accurate and timely information regarding their orders.
  • Oversee the entire process of customer orders from entry to shipment, ensuring consistent and clear communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Investigate customer concerns to uncover underlying needs beyond initial requests.
  • Communicate effectively and take prompt action to exceed customer expectations, ensuring they have access to necessary information and support.
  • Commit to enhancing knowledge of the company’s products, services, and solutions.

Collaborate Effectively Across Departments

  • Work cooperatively with various departments and teams to achieve organizational goals, demonstrating a strong team-oriented approach.
  • Show understanding and respect for differing viewpoints, adapting strategies as situations evolve.

Exhibit Excellence in Customer Service by meeting the following Key Performance Indicators:

  • Accuracy of order entries and releases
  • Volume of orders processed
  • Timeliness of order entries and releases

Qualifications:

A four-year college degree or two to four years of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Proficiency in Business Operating Systems, as well as Internet software, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
