Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Service One Credit Union. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional front-line member service, accurately completing transaction requests, and assisting members with basic account maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional member service, responding to member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Accurately complete transaction requests, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
- Assist members with basic account maintenance, including automatic payments and share draft orders.
- Process mail and night depository items, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Perform other duties as required to support the overall management and operation of the Credit Union.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or related experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and core processing platform.
- Ability to accurately handle cash and a large volume of transactions.
- Good physical health, with the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
