Fire Protection Systems Inspector

At Davis-Ulmer Fire Protection, we are seeking a highly skilled Fire Sprinkler Inspector to join our team. As a Fire Sprinkler Inspector, you will be responsible for performing inspections of fire protection systems to ensure compliance with NFPA standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough inspections of fire protection systems to identify any defects or issues.
- Interface with Inspection Coordinators to ensure that customers receive the work proposed in the scope.
- Utilize online scheduling calendars to receive and understand scheduled tasks, customer locations, and maintain company documents as required.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and review inspection results with customers.
- Maintain equipment, supplies, and company vehicles in good working order.
- Stay current with NFPA standards, code requirements, industry changes, and obtain NICET certifications.
- Complete in-house training programs on fire protection system inspections.
- Complete manufacturer training on fire protection systems as required.
- Obtain OSHA 10 certification through the company's safety program.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Any trade experience preferred; at least 2 years' trade experience a plus.
- Previous experience in the fire protection industry a plus but not required.
