About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Electrical Engineer to join our team in Syracuse, New York. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the design and qualification of digital and analog systems, collaborating with industry-leading design professionals, and contributing to groundbreaking projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead board design and qualification efforts
  • Engage program management, senior leadership, the customer, and suppliers as needed
  • Create and execute master schedules
  • Manage costs and report key metrics to senior leadership
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in electrical engineering, particularly in the design and qualification of digital and analog systems
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire teams of engineers
  • An innovative mindset, capable of finding solutions to complex engineering challenges

The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
