Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Jewish Family Service of Colorado. As a key member of our mental health services team, you will provide high-quality counseling services to individuals, couples, and children, as well as case management services to clients as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outpatient mental health counseling services to individuals, couples, and children.
  • Develop treatment plans and mental health assessments, and monitor and reassess treatment progress.
  • Attend staff meetings and continuing education sessions with a psychiatrist.
  • Ensure timely and accurate client records per JFS requirements.
  • May provide supervision to an intern.
Requirements
  • LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Colorado is required.
  • 2-5 years of post-graduate experience in individual, group, family, and couple therapy.
  • Familiarity with the DSM V and diagnostic techniques.
  • Knowledge of Medicaid chart compliance requirements is helpful.
  • Past credentialing with 3rd party insurance and Medicaid is a plus.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $66,000 - $88,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, health savings accounts, flexible spending account, agency-paid Life and Long-Term Disability, Legal/ID Theft, supplemental insurances, extended illness days, 401(k), 21 paid holidays, and a generous leave program.
