About the RoleAs a therapist at Sandstone Care, you will:
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients, focusing on coping skills, relapse prevention, and life skills.
- Develop and monitor personalized treatment plans to ensure each client receives the best possible care and achieves their recovery goals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to clients.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A master's degree in a Behavioral Health Science, such as clinical social work, clinical psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
- A valid license to practice as a therapist in the state of Colorado (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or provisional licensure (LPCC, LSW, MFTC).
- At least one year of experience working with mental health conditions, preferably in a treatment facility setting.
