Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Therapist, Non-licensed to join our team at Denver Health. As a member of our Behavioral Health Services department, you will play a vital role in providing culturally competent individual, family, and group therapy to patients receiving psychiatric and substance use disorder treatment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual, family, and/or group psychotherapy to address identified mental health and/or substance disorders under the supervision of a licensed therapist.
  • Develop and implement culturally sensitive treatment plans, ensuring that clinical supervision records are current.
  • Conduct patient assessments, identifying conditions, problems, and determining diagnosis.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Counseling or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience working in mental health and/or substance use disorders.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based clinical frameworks and medical terminology.
  • Ability to motivate individuals for positive change and maintain professional boundaries.

  • Competitive salary range: $60,000 - $87,695 per year.
