We are seeking a motivated professional to join our team at Velocity Enterprises as a Train Traffic Controller. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient execution of train journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate train movements and shunting operations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and communicate with stakeholders to ensure safe train operations in the event of disruptions.
- Document and maintain accurate records of train-related messages, orders, and commands.
- Operate and monitor signaling and safety equipment, as well as telecommunications systems.
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training as a train traffic controller or equivalent experience.
- Active qualification as a train traffic controller with excellent knowledge of operations.
