**Job Summary:**

We seek a highly motivated Digital Manufacturing Sales Expert to develop new and continuous revenue-generating partnerships for our fast-growing product development company. The ideal candidate will have experience in sheet metal and chemical etching industries, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to use a consultative approach to recommend appropriate solutions to engineers and industrial designers.

The successful candidate will manage existing accounts, perform outbound sales, generate leads, and bring in revenue-generating business. We are looking for individuals who are always raising the bar and trying to better themselves.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to create new business relationships through cold calling, market research, event planning, trade show setup, trade show booth operation, and lead generation.
  • Perform sales-associated administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings with prospective customers, contact management, quoting, generating proposals, processing orders, collecting customer purchase orders, and preparing summary reports.
  • Manage and ensure the success of Fathom Mfg customers through ongoing account management, customer satisfaction, and account maintenance. Build long-term customer relationships to cultivate accounts and maximize opportunities.
  • Drive partnerships that meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Manage a direct account base.
  • Build strategic plans to meet growth objectives and execute against them.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated success in a quota-carrying position in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge in the sheet metal, CNC, and chemical etching industry and engineering/manufacturing applications.
  • Experience closing average deal sizes over $150,000.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Energy, drive, self-motivation, and a competitive spirit.
  • Location: On-site at Ithaca or Newark location.

**Estimated Salary:** $90,000 - $120,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
