Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Technician to join our team at Silver Line. As a Quality Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine quality inspections of raw materials and finished goods throughout production
  • Perform quality control physical properties testing on profiles, including weight, heat resistance, dimensional stability, and impact testing
  • Perform color testing of profiles using a color spectrophotometer
  • Ensure test equipment is calibrated and working correctly and lab area is clean and organized
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of completed testing results
  • Check in, investigate, and process all customer returns through our NCR database
  • Report quality nonconformance to the supervisor immediately
  • Participate with internal and external team members, vendors, and regional quality manager in resolving quality problems
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED, Associate's degree a plus
  • Experience as an inspection or quality technician
  • Experience in manufacturing environments that are fast-paced
  • Bilingual is preferred but not required
