Job Title: Lead Cleaning Technician

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform typical janitorial duties, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, pulling trash, and replacing liners.
  • Dust and clean surfaces, including bathrooms, kitchens, and break rooms.
  • Operate cleaning equipment and supplies, including vacuums, mops, and cleaning solutions.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to ensure that cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure that their needs are met.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in janitorial or cleaning services.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Background check required.
