Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Above all else, an utmost respect for safety, and the ability to achieve goals without ever compromising on safety
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted
  • Driver's license and able to travel to various points during regular test and launch operations
  • Comfortable outdoors, including working in forests, on a boat, or in a workshop
  • Willing to work on tall ladders, in confined spaces, with exposure to extreme environments and in the presence of dangerous materials
  • A discipline in documentation, particularly as it relates to process and quality control
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in aerospace manufacturing or a closely related industry
  • In-depth knowledge of complex assembly operations and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize manufacturing processes
  • Must be a lawful U.S. Person (per ITAR and 8.U.S.C.1324b(a)(3))
  • Proficiency in interpreting engineering design data, including drawings, CAD models, and regulatory specifications such as ASME Y15.4 & AWS D1.1
  • Expertise in at least one of the following manufacturing processes: welding, CNC machining, and/or composites layup
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Expert at GD&T
  • Experienced with Metal and Polymer 3D printing
  • Have participated in rocket hardware manufacturing and assembly, particularly for liquid or hybrid systems
