Home Healthcare Nurse Opportunities

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate nurse to join our team as a private duty nurse in home healthcare. As a nurse with Maxim Healthcare Services, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
- Document the patient's plan of care using identified nursing diagnoses, expected patient outcomes, and selected nursing interventions.
- Perform interventions according to identified priorities, plan of care, and hospital policies and patient care outcome standards.
- Revises the plan of care according to evaluation, changes in medical plan of care, and effective/ineffective nursing interventions.
- Use clinical judgment in evaluation activities to meet patient care needs of an assigned unit/floor, including establishing priorities.
- Current nurse license for the state in which the nurse practices.
- Current PPD or chest X-ray.
- Current BLS card.
- One year prior nurse experience preferred.
