Product Support Manager

The Product Support Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily packaging efforts of chillers, AC units, chiller test stands, heaters, dehumidifiers, and customer packaged containers at the Oakwood facility. This role requires leadership and supervision of location supervisors, as well as support for packaging efforts and rental product support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and supervision to location supervisors
- Oversee daily packaging efforts
- Support packaging efforts and rental product support
- Direct parts and components reorder points to ensure availability
- Facilitate production meetings and product development
- Ensure quality control and provide warranty support
- Train dealer technicians and provide field support
- Maintain and establish vendor relationships
- High school diploma required
- Two or four-year degree in a related field preferred
- Six years of service and parts experience with equipment and power systems
- Three years of managerial responsibility
- Proven experience with inventory control, parts distribution, financial management, human relations, training, and customer satisfaction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational, leadership, planning, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate Microsoft applications
- Strong business acumen to manage location profit and loss performance
