Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Portfolio Support Specialist to join our team at Envolve Inc. This role will provide critical support to our on-site teams, focusing on relationship management, marketing, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support on-site teams with relationship management, including communication and social media content creation.
  • Assist with scheduling, planning, and outreach for resident retention events.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Department to create marketing and outreach calendars.
  • Support pricing recommendations for new leases and renewals, including revenue management tool review and management.
  • Monitor and audit ILS listings, property websites, and online exposure for accuracy.
  • Review and make recommendations for advertising spending, including ROI analyses.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Department to create branded templates for property messages and social media posts.
  • Work with the Operations team to research and vet new technologies and techniques.
  • Assist with on-site leasing team training and support.
  • Monitor CRM for applicant approval workflow, move-ins, and renewals.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent; some college strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years as a Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager required or equivalent management experience.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Yardi experience preferred.

  • Proficiency in executing sales skills, such as generating sales leads and closing.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid multi-tasking skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
