Responsibilities:

* Provide technical support to staff on all company-supported applications
* Troubleshoot computer problems and determine the source of the issue
* Perform maintenance and software installation tasks to ensure end-user workstations and network performance meet company and user requirements
* Install, configure, and maintain personal computers, Windows networks, file servers, network cabling, and other related equipment, devices, and systems
* Responsible for answering, evaluating, and prioritizing incoming telephone, voicemail, and email requests for assisting internal customers

Requirements:

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in both Helpdesk and Desktop support
* Must possess knowledge in PCs, networking, operating systems, and software package support
* Excellent communication and organizational skills are required
* Ability to interact effectively with Corporate Executives as well as all other Bank colleagues
* Must be able to work in a team environment and to adapt to change

* Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality
* Exhibit a positive can-do attitude
* Accept responsibility for and execute efficiently to meet deadlines
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills are essential

* Must be able to work OT as needed
* Must be able to provide On-call support on a rotating basis
