Customer Service Ambassador

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at Sub-Zero & Wolf Appliance. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our luxury appliances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional, personable, and timely responses to customers and field partners.
- Efficiently access and enter data in multiple software programs while conversing with callers.
- Communicate effectively to understand customer issues, provide product troubleshooting, and recommend solutions.
- Answer use and care questions, educating customers to maximize their enjoyment of our innovative products.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by negotiating mutually beneficial solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or advanced education a plus, but not required. High school diploma or GED a must.
- Minimum one year of customer service experience, with product support experience preferred.
- Intermediate problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a polished and professional style.
