About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at Sub-Zero & Wolf Appliance. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our luxury appliances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional, personable, and timely responses to customers and field partners.
  • Efficiently access and enter data in multiple software programs while conversing with callers.
  • Communicate effectively to understand customer issues, provide product troubleshooting, and recommend solutions.
  • Answer use and care questions, educating customers to maximize their enjoyment of our innovative products.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by negotiating mutually beneficial solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or advanced education a plus, but not required. High school diploma or GED a must.
  • Minimum one year of customer service experience, with product support experience preferred.
  • Intermediate problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a polished and professional style.
