Reporting Structure:
Reports to the Wine Club Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Embody and promote the core values of the organization.
  • Operate company vehicles, including golf carts and trucks; forklift experience is advantageous.
  • Transport materials to specified locations efficiently.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
  • Assemble pallets according to operational directives.
  • Safely stack pallets of wine and other products.
  • Facilitate the secure and effective movement of goods.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
  • Wrap cases of wine and other items securely for transportation.
  • Conduct regular audits of physical inventory.
  • Assist in monthly and quarterly inventory assessments.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.

  • Effectively communicate the story and values of the winery.
  • Treat all team members and guests with respect and courtesy.
  • Arrive at work with a professional appearance and appropriate attire.
