Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Store, label, and date food items according to policy, and maintain established food rotations in storage to minimize spoilage and waste.
  • Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, food service, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in food service management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
