Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the food service program in a single site, ensuring that food quality standards, inventory levels, and customer service expectations are met.
Responsibilities- Manage the food service program in a single site, providing leadership, support, and guidance to ensure that food quality standards, inventory levels, and customer service expectations are met.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure that staff are equipped to meet HCSG standards.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that food safety guidelines are met.
- Maintain accurate records of income and expenditures, food, supplies, personnel, and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, residents, and staff to ensure that their needs are met.
- Associate's degree or higher in food service management or hospitality.
- Specialized training in foodservice management and nutrition.
- Two years of experience in quantity food production/service, dining/nutrition, and personnel supervision.
- Basic computer skills with the ability to maintain records and complete reports as required.
- Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
