Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team in the state-of-the-art, 2-story, 80-bed private room NICU at Women & Infants Hospital. As a member of our devoted team, you will provide exceptional clinical care to infants with conditions related to prematurity, respiratory distress, birth defects, and other complex medical needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care to infants with conditions requiring Level IV care, including intubation, blood drawing, UA/UV line placement, Lumbar Punctures, catheter & chest tube insertion, and resuscitation.
- Collaborate with a team of 16 neonatologists, 28 NP's, and 9 Neonatal-perinatal fellows to provide newborn care at Women & Infants Hospital.
- Serve a diverse patient population and have access to a full complement of pediatric specialists.
- Participate in rotational night, weekend, and holiday call coverage (full-time) with three-four weekday shifts per week.
- Manage an average of 8-12 patients per day in our state-of-the-art NICU.
