**About the Role:** We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Growth Analyst to join our team at Global Resources. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing small to medium-sized businesses and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. You will work closely with clients to develop strategies and implement solutions that drive business results.

**Responsibilities:**

  1. Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
  2. Develop strategic plans to drive business results and improve profitability
  3. Consult with clients to understand their business needs and develop customized solutions

**Requirements:**

  • 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or business ownership
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Four-year degree preferred, but not required
