About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Swim School Operations Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our swim school, ensuring that we maintain our high standards of quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Direct and control the daily operations to ensure that our swim school is running smoothly and efficiently, in accordance with our standard operating procedures.
  • Staff Management: Manage and develop our staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide exceptional swim instruction and customer service.
  • Onboarding and Training: Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding and training programs for new staff members, ensuring that they are equipped to provide superior swim instruction and customer service.
  • Sales and Marketing: Provide sales and marketing training to our qualified sales staff, empowering them to effectively promote our programs and services.
  • Pool Operations: Assist with pool operations, ensuring that our facilities are safe and sanitary for our students and staff.
  • Emergency Preparedness: Develop and implement emergency action plans and safety procedures, ensuring that our staff are trained and prepared to respond in the event of an emergency.
  • Professional Development: Maintain current certifications and stay up-to-date with industry developments, ensuring that our staff are equipped to provide the highest level of service.
Requirements
  • Management Experience: A minimum of two years of management experience, preferably in a related field.
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
  • Certifications: Active lifeguard, CPR/AED, and first aid certifications are required; willingness to achieve certification(s) within the first 60 days of employment.
