Job Title: Clinical Program Director

Join SandstoneCare, a leading provider of mental health and substance use treatment services, as a Clinical Program Director. In this role, you will lead the day-to-day clinical operations, develop and implement treatment programs, and supervise clinical staff to ensure high-quality care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage clinical operations, ensuring consistent communication with staff and adherence to treatment standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement treatment programs and curricula that align with evidence-based practices and the specific needs of adolescent clients.
  • Supervise clinical staff, providing guidance and support to ensure assessments, treatment plans, progress reporting, and transition planning meet clinical and accreditation standards.
  • Recruit, hire, and develop clinical staff, ensuring they meet professional standards and are continuously supported in their roles.
Requirements:
  • Licensed Practitioner in the state of Maryland (or outside state with the ability to transfer) is required (LCPC, LCSW-C, or LCMFT).
  • Previous experience with substance abuse treatment is required; preferred experience with a treatment facility in the detox, residential, partial hospitalization (PHP), and/or intensive outpatient (IOP) setting.
  • Ideal candidate has a minimum of 2-5 years of clinical experience and supervisory experience.
  • Candidates must have an understanding and experience with regulatory agency compliance (such as State regulations and the Joint Commission) as well as program development.
