Strategic Finance and Administration Leader

Active Minds is seeking a seasoned finance and administration professional to join its leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, human resources, and strategic planning. This role will oversee the organization's financial processes, human resources, and administration, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Oversee human resources, including talent management, recruitment, and employee relations
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with the executive team to achieve organizational objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; CPA certification and/or MBA preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in finance and administration, with at least 5 years of managerial experience
- Proven track record in financial management, human resources, and strategic planning
- Strong leadership and communication skills
