About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Home Health Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at CenterWell Home Health. As a member of our care team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Job Summary

The Home Health Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for evaluating, directing, and providing speech/language pathology services to patients in the home or facility. This role requires strong clinical skills, effective communication, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients' speech, language, and swallowing disorders to develop personalized treatment plans
  • Direct and provide speech/language pathology services to patients in the home or facility
  • Participate in the development and periodic review of the Plan of Treatment and Plan of Care
  • Administer and interpret diagnostic tests and applications of therapeutic treatments
  • Observe, record, and report changes in patients' conditions and responses to treatment
Requirements
  • Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology or Audiology granted by ASHA
  • Minimum six months experience as a speech therapist/speech language pathologist
  • Home Health experience a plus
  • Current and unrestricted license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Good organizational and communication skills
Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $57,700 - $79,500 per year, depending on qualifications and location.
