Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HVAC Project Manager to become a vital part of our innovative team.
This permanent role within the construction sector entails managing all phases of HVAC projects from initial concept through to final execution.
You will serve as the primary liaison between the organization and our clients, ensuring that every project is completed on schedule, within financial parameters, and meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of HVAC projects.
- Develop detailed project plans, encompassing technical specifications and electrical schematics.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while adhering to scope and budget constraints.
- Coordinate internal resources and external vendors for seamless project execution.
- Manage client relationships and engage with all stakeholders effectively.
- Implement risk management strategies to mitigate project risks.
- Create and maintain thorough project documentation.
- Utilize strategic planning to align projects with the company’s overarching business objectives.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments.
- Report and escalate issues to management as required.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the HVAC sector.
- Strong technical expertise with a solid understanding of HVAC systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and electrical diagrams.
- Demonstrated capability to lead large and diverse teams.
- Excellent strategic planning skills to align projects with business goals.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- PMP / PRINCE II certification is advantageous.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
