Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HVAC Project Manager to become a vital part of our innovative team.

This permanent role within the construction sector entails managing all phases of HVAC projects from initial concept through to final execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of HVAC projects.
  • Develop detailed project plans, encompassing technical specifications and electrical schematics.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects while adhering to scope and budget constraints.
  • Coordinate internal resources and external vendors for seamless project execution.
  • Manage client relationships and engage with all stakeholders effectively.
  • Implement risk management strategies to mitigate project risks.
  • Create and maintain thorough project documentation.
  • Utilize strategic planning to align projects with the company’s overarching business objectives.
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments.
  • Report and escalate issues to management as required.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the HVAC sector.
  • Strong technical expertise with a solid understanding of HVAC systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and electrical diagrams.
  • Demonstrated capability to lead large and diverse teams.
  • Excellent strategic planning skills to align projects with business goals.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • PMP / PRINCE II certification is advantageous.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
