We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team at HCA HealthONE Presbyterian St. Luke's.

About the Role

This is a permanent Charge RN position with additional office hours for leadership responsibilities. As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient-centered care while overseeing the coordination of department processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality patient-centered care.
  • Participates in the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit, in collaboration with other members of the management team.
  • Collaborates with staff daily to support a positive environment of teamwork that results in quality patient outcomes, service excellence, and staff satisfaction.

What We Offer

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have two years or more clinical/in-patient experience with intermediate level of care patients. A Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Progressive Care Certified Nurse (PCCN) certification are also required.
